Is there a minimum booking?
Hourly service carries a minimum number of hours, shown on the rates page and confirmed when you book. Beyond the minimum, time is billed in clear increments.
Can the chauffeur wait while I'm in meetings?
Yes — that's the point of hourly service. Your chauffeur and vehicle stay with you between stops, so the car is ready the moment you are.
What if my day runs longer than booked?
Extensions are usually no problem; just tell your chauffeur. Additional time is billed at the same hourly rate, so there are no surprises.
